Wireless broadband near Cahir

    Can anyone enlighten me as to the options for Midband wireless internet near Cahir in Tipperary? I know there are plenty of options in town but in the sticks...

    The options I have appear to be:

    munsterwireless - upto 2Mbps download
    solarbroadband - upto 3Mbps download
    airwave - upto 8Mbps download

    I know that speeds may depend on obstacles in the way etc but can anyone tell me if the 'upto' speeds of 3Mbps would be sufficient for streaming video (e.g YouTube, RTÉ player and other players outside of Ireland)? What about other applications?
