    hey guys.
    will been on creatine effect my chances entering the gardai?
    even tho is a natural legal substance thanks :)

    Not sure about the creatine but not having English as your first language means you will have to put in a bit more effort.

    Will eating steak "effect" your chances entering the gardai?

    Creatine is a natural occurring substance in your body. If they were to test for, everybody would test positive.

    If you are taking it for weight training etc. then you would definitely have a higher amount of it in your system though I am not sure if they would be testing for it. A lot of British Armed forces failed drugs tests recently for taking substances they claimed were for building muscle.

    If you think you are going to fail a medical/drug test due to taking creatine you really need to do a bit more reading up on what you are taking. I assume it's normal creatine monohydrate?

    Anyway the answer is no it won't effect your chances what so ever.
