    Hi,
    My husband just got a vodafone smart 3 phone & he is having an issue.
    There is a warning coming up on the screen which says " Unfortunately, Touchpal input has stopped". He cannot access any part of the phone as this message keeps coming up, if you press ok it just pops back up again. It came up during a text he was writing. We've turned it off & back on again etc but nothing is working. Any idea how we get it off please? Thanks

    You can reset them to factory settings ( deletes everything though )

    - turn it off, hold down the "volume up" button and then turn it on , it will bring up a "rescue" menu
