    Hi,
would anyone have a wiring diagram for a Securewatch SW-812 system. Basically I bought an old house which had the alarm installed. The electrician cut out the old alarm and he totally rewired the house. All new alarm cables were installed to the relevant points. He wouldn't put the alarm back up for me as he wasn't licensed.
Anyway, I had a look at it and he has left all the old cables (tails) in the box and the sensors. It seems easy enough to follow how this was wired and I "should" to reinstall this. I only want a basic system 2 door contacts and 2 or 3 sensors.
I would be able to do this myself but would like a diagram to help.

Also it's been powered off for over a year now with the battery disconnected. I presume it will have factory reset by now.

    Thanks a lot.

The panel will hold its programming as long as the factory link is still in place.
I sent you the manual for that panel.
    Hope it helps.
