Help with Gaming Build (~€1,000)

Hey guys, I got quite a specific idea I'd love someone to help me with.
I already have a mouse, keyboard, monitor (720p), 250gb HD.

I would like a Bitfenix Prodigy M build with GTX 760 SLI. I want to also use a FX-8320 and WC the build too.
I want an SSD included, an appropriate PSU, a MoBo which can handle a maximum of 16gb of RAM and for the build to include 8gb of RAM for now.. I'll be adding some LEDs and custom sleeves but don't worry about them.

How will I be using this rig? Just gaming, no editing or streaming, just web browsing and gaming.
I want the entire build to be cost-efficient so please don't pick out a 1000w seasonic PSU or something. Your time/help is appreciated. Thanks! :)

Intel is really the way to go here, your main problem is the fact that there are no mATX boards for 990FX/970 , whats you are left with is cheapo 760G/880G chipset mATX boards. It'd be hard enough to find one with FX8320 support, and even if you did it would definitely not be suitable for overclocking an 8-core CPU.

Also a single 760 would probably be enough as well unless you are upgrading the monitor.

If you want cost efficient I'd probably skip SLI and just get a single card, especially for a 720 build. Also what are you looking to WC and is that to be included in the price?

I'm not good with MoBo's. If what you say is a problem with my 8320 choice could you pick out a equivalent Intel CPU + MoBo

Im going to be buying one 760 at first and getting another one in the new year/late spring. Monitor will probably be the first thing I'll upgrade and then go with another 8gb of RAM.

I'm looking to WC the CPU. I don't really know much about WC'ing the GPU. WC is included in the budget but it's just an aim, not absolute maximum.

Not sure that an SLI and full watercooling setup is a runner in the Bitfenix, as from what I can see a top installed rad would block one of the available PCIe slots (There might be workaround but my WC knowledge is pretty limited). If space permits you'd be much be better off with a full ATX case to pull both off, or alternatively else settle for an air cooler on the CPU.

This is the board and CPU I would be rolling with for an SLI enabled mATX build if it were me.
