Data collection via boards

Hi, does anyone know if researchers can use Boards for data collection? A friend doing a Ph.D is looking for online sources for a convenience sample. I read through the FAQs but didn't see anything re posting links to questionnaires. Thanks!

Ours is a discussion forum, as are most forums within boards.ie, not intended for the conduct of data collection by students or other researchers.
