Nova Launcher blocks GPS?

So I have had trouble trying to get my Galaxy S2 to find its location. Turns out Nova Launcher has been blocking it somehow. Now in fairness I only have Nova because I like scrolling wallpapers. But still, it seems rather odd. Anyone else have this trouble?
