I want to setup a .com website promoting a hobby but need guidance on selecting the best web site domain hosting service in Ireland for the fastest, cheapest, and highest bandwidth service.

I'd also be looking for a website development software package as I'd need to develop a website for information update display and small on-line sales of hobby supplies.

Any advice or direction would be most welcome!
