Am I right in saying Sport1 on 19e show decent coverage of the world championship darts?
Are there any other foreign broadcasters showing it, either FTA or subscription channels?
Or does there be many FTA feeds coming through showing it?

Yes and for many years now

I don't know of any other free feeds other than Sport1. And their coverage isn't bad at all.

Darts would be quite a niche sport though so probably not covered on many sports channels?

Only other place I've found the world championships was on Dutch tv. RTL 7 IIRC.

This feed is on 12.5 West.

    Frequency: 11098 - Pol: V - SR: 13330 - FEC: -

    Category: Sport - Autres

    Transmitted in: MPEG-4

    Comments: PDC World Darts Championship(s2/hdtv)

But I am getting only 6.4 dB not enough to scan an S2 signal. I saw a report that it is weak in GB as well. Someone with a bigger dish than my 1.1 metre may be able to get it.

    Nice find - Satelliweb?

    FEC is 3/4

Frequency change on 12.5 West. This one is stronger 8 dB but that still gives picture breakup with me. Blank screen with occasional stills at 7.15 pm.

    12.5 west DVB S2/HD: 11098 - V - 13330

Haven't tried it yet, but a bit useless me saying if I can receive it as I am in Poland now and not native mayo.

Massive breakup on sport1 at the moment. I have tried a load of other channels on 19e and they are coming in perfect.

It is jumping between 75% and 0 and on other channels its between 70 and 85% with no breakup at all.

I've tried to rescan but I get the same result. Is the transponder being jammed or is it way down in power? I'm on a 1.1m dish in dublin so should be no problem

Everything else on 19e is perfect here as well. It was perfect the other day watching the semi's

Sport 1 is working perfect here now. I didn't change anything. It just came back steady at 75%.

Maybe some local interference on that particular frequency???

Just an update. It stopped working there again about a minute ago after I answered cordless landline phone in the house.

At least I know what was wrong now.....Doh...
