    Is anyone else waiting for a delivery from Tie Rack?
    I ordered on the 16th of December and still have not received my order yet.
    Trying to locate a contact number or address to get on to them...

    On Christmas eve they were doing a minimum 90% off everything in their store in Stephen's Green. It was a closing down sale. I managed to pick up 5 ties that were €25 each for €1.90 each. They were selling everything and I mean absolutely everything including tables, stands and mannequins etc. The girl on the till said they were closing ALL of the stores in Ireland & the UK.

    I mailed them and called them several times with no success.

    Another problem is, I ordered them and sent them to a relations house in the UK who were away over the christmas period.
    I'm hoping that they delivered to the post depot, so I'll get them to see if anything arrived in my name.

    Otherwise that's a cool €50 down the drain. :mad:

    Unless, anyone knows what I can do to refund my money?

    If you paid by credit card or paypal, just open a dispute with them for non delivery.

    Thanks for the advice.

    I've called my bank who have opened and logged a chargeback dispute. I've been advised to send in a letter with proof of my dealings with Tie Rack and if they have gone into liquidation, then the bank would like a letter from Tie Rack confirming this status.

    This may result in a full refund...so here's hoping!
