Anyone got any bill shock on 4G yet?

With 4G the potential for massive bill shock is going to be enormous. Given the crappy download caps that will be going. Meteor trying to get people used to unlimited use and will be introducing a cap in March to collect all that nice extra over cap revenue that they love. Im assuming the bill shock is going to be like getting rode by a dinosaur.
Ive read one story about someone getting stung for thousands after only 2 days of usage.
