Infection above tooth - advice

    Hi folks,

I've had a tooth thats broken with no pain for over a year now, however this morning I woke up with a lump above it in the gum, no real pain and very little discomfort.

However I know its going to get worse and I know the broken tooth is kind of loose.

Easy one really... should I go to docs for an antibiotic? is there dentists open in Dublin late tonight (I can't go until 7pm ish unfortunately)? Anything I can do now other than wash out my mouth? I'm located in south Dublin. It would be great if I could hold out until tomorrow morning :(

    Thanks

Edit: Rang emergency clinic in Rathmines and they said to wait until tomorrow

Get it sorted tomorrow, if there is no pain and its draining then should be fine. Get it sorted ASAP. Its more important than anything else going on, if you let it flare up its days off work so take whatever appointment you can get.
