Eg. Behead a cup and get a girl
Answer: glass=lass
So the cup is a glass and when you behead it you take away the first letter giving you a girl which is a lass
I'll start it off

Oops! Sorry but just copped that you would have to take the first two letters off the word.
Anyway it was supposed to be :- Idea = Thought, Beheading the Th = Ought = A moral obligation.
My mistake.
