Lactose free buttermilk

My niece is lactose intolerant so drinks lactose free milk. My sister wondered if there is such thing as (readily available) lactose free buttermilk? If it does not exist, could she make her own buttermilk with lactose free milk and lemon?

You can sour lactose free milk with lemon or vinegar, no difference to the end product.
I don't think you can buy lactose free buttermilk though.
