saorview box not showing tv channels

hi just wondering can anybody advise, I have a free to air satellite and a saorview box, when I switched it on tonight it's just showing the radio stations, I've scanned it again but no tv channels are showing up.......any ideas??

it's a walker wp645TS-HD
i'm scanning of satfree now............i can hear the channels when i am at the menu but when I press OK to watch it only shows radio stations

On the top of the remote 2nd button down on the right press TV/radio button until it highlights Show all.

then you should be able to see the channels if not. press ok on the middle and press the opt button second from the bottom on the right and goto terrestrial or satellite and see are the channels listed.

thanks so much..........i have vision again, i'll have to spend some time setting them up again in order but at least I'm back on track ........thanks again
