Would anyone happen to know the name of the gun seen in this link? : http://amazonas.town.ie/products/27088

The website calls it the 'Varmint' sniper rifle by JG Works but I feel that isn't it's proper name. The reason I want the proper name (unless 'Varmint' is it) is so I can search up reviews and different places to buy the gun. Searching JG Varmint Sniper rifle simply is enough.

    Cheers.

Thanks for your response, can you tell me why you think this? Not saying your lying or anything but a guy on another thread said it was a JG M70.

    All the best.

Well I can kinda answer for blay as he own's or use to own a Jg bar 10 ,which is the exact same at the jg varmint and the jg m70 ,
Which are all Chinese clones of the original Japanese Tokyo Mauri Vsr series of bolt action airsoft rifles ,

Yeah he's probably right actually, the gun you showed has a drop at the heel of the stock which the M70 has too. They're the same rifle really, just stocked differently.

MIA sell it for €90 , that's where I got mine. It's a pretty good gun especially for the price.

Thanks for your response but I don't think that is the same sniper rifle as it's from ASG and not JG Works/

I suppose they couldn't be too different. Does your rifle creak a lot?

Well it is a plastic gun but it's never made any creaking noises, when you load it there's no odd sounds .
So it's kinda light but built pretty solid.

Ah grand, I know it's a cheap gun so it will only be used in the back yard. I just wanted to make sure that it doesn't creak :D

    Thank you!

could be the same rifle mate, ASG don't make AEG's themselves they licence them. So that could be a JG and licensed and re-sold under ASG name.

Oh cool, I didn't know that! I knew that JG never puts their name on their products but didn't know ASG didn't make guns.

Cheers man, I'll just assume they're the same gun.
