Flexing in the glass of that size would be normal, are they double or triple glazed?

I have a similar problem on the windy nights. Scary to look at some nights but never broken "yet" 7 years on. I am talking about the glass

If it is the actual glass that is flexing then that is quite normal especially floor to ceiling sized. However if you mean that the window frames are shifting then you should get them looked at immediately.
