Aldi Soundbar

Hi all,

I'm looking for some speakers for my son's room which he can play music through. Is this a good option? He will most likely be connecting his Android phone via bluetooth to it or perhaps a generic MP3 player to it via Aux assuming this device has Aux in?

Thoughts?

I would like to know some info on it as well, as i got a Medion midi hifi from Aldi as well a while ago but would like it to accompany my blu-ray player, as the hifi is only connected thru the satellite.

Thanks for any advice.

If you go ahead and buy it, keep all packaging , and just return it after Xmas if it doesn't suit under the 60 day return policy .

I've bought a few medion products and found them to be very good, ...well except my hard drive broke, but then after dropping it like hundreds of times what do you expect.

I'm pretty sure they are medion , I don't see it on advert there but sure they are

Got this for my son's bedroom and it's worked out very well. Easy to install, tidy and good sound. Its plenty good for a bedroom.

It seems that someone else apart from me on bargain alerts, was having problems with no sound coming out of it, will inspect further if its faulty or something to do with the hifi as it only turns on the hifi when pressing the power button on the soundbar remote!

What do you mean by this? How do you expect the soundbar to

1. Produce sound if it's not powered on?
2. Turn on your HiFi?

Maybe I'm mis-reading your post??

I thought that was strange at first, but it must be that the hifi is connected thru the satellite thru the tv & soundbar connected to the tv & when pressing the power button on the soundbar it turns on the hifi first & then press the power button again for the light to turn white on the soundbar.

That's the way i see it.
