    Just a quick question(s).
How long do a company hold onto a TV that's in for repair but hasn't been collected. Is it at their discretion or is there a time frame they have to abide to ?

Did they not give you anytime scale at all?

Id say 3 Weeks tops for a repair, from the time you drop it in to the time you get it back, fair enough if they need to order a part and keep you informed.

The repair was too expensive (TV out of warranty) but i just haven't got around to collecting it back. I was just wondering if they dispose of uncollected goods after a certain time. Would prefer to know in advance of calling into the shop

    Why not phone the shop?
