How are you all getting on at preparing for the Christmas?

    I would usually have made a start by now other years but I left it late this year.

    I started yesterday shopping for gifts but didn't get on very well. I came home with a mug and a box of biscuits for a gift for one person and that was it. Have a few more people to shop for and haven't a clue what to get them. Was meant to hit the town again today but woke up to crap weather. It's wet and windy and I don't fancy walking out into that. I don't have a car for transport so I'm on foot and public transport and a car would be good for a day like this. Don't know if I'll get another day off before the Christmas to do some shopping.

    How are you all getting on?

    Pressie shopping starting today. Always the same stress about what to get my dad as I don't think he's used anything anyone has ever got for him but he loves getting presents and is like a big kid Chrimbo morning, bless him. I'm thinking some snazzy Spanish wine; at least he'll use them, wha!


    Going home next Sunday and I can't feckin' wait!!

    Im nearly there...just my brother and dad left...but there vouchers so i be getting them during the week....then its just the food to get.....

    I'm in the same boat. I have a fair idea what to get some people but there are others I haven't a clue what to get them.
