    Try Super Hoshi and Retropolis.
Also, Adverts have a decent selection being sold there all the time.

I'd be very careful about picking up games in Rage. They have lots of bootleg copies that aren't worth anything but will sell them to you at full price. Be very careful and make sure you check that it's not a bootleg (they haven't a clue themselves so no point in asking them). A good telltale sign is to look at the circuit board that juts out of the cart.It should have the nintendo logo there. If the logo is bad quality or misspelled then it's a boot but even still it can be hard to tell.

If you're struggling to find a charger the old "phat" DS chargers work with GBA.

I'd echo that, ive seen a rake of GBA bootlegs on their ebay page before.

Unfortunately the GBA market is riddled with bootlegs, they have no value or collectibility so avoid them even if you think you're getting a bargain. They're everywhere, be careful on ebay and even adverts.

Aside from the circuit board method above, other signs are
-USA label. The fakes almost always copy the US label and code #
-Legit games have a number pressed into the label, no ink just an indent. Fakes don't.
-The arch above 'gameboy advance' on a fake cart is often too narrow, it should be the same width as the label.

I've never heard of Super Hoshi. Whereabouts is that? Is it central in Dublin? If so, is it worth checking out?

Down Abbey St, he has a counter in the back of The Twisted Pepper.
    Well worth a visit

Deadly stuff. I'll have to check that out next time I'm pissing through Dublin. Looking forward to that.

Get in contact with him via Facebook, he can tell you his stock list and opening times, save a wasted trip

I'm usually travelling from Galway to Drogheda or back, so I'm always stopping off in Dublin for connection buses. It'll be a, nice break from heading into Rage, knowing I can't afford their prices. I'll facebook him anyways though.

A retro dealer with a counter in a very nice looking restaurant? What way is it set up exactly?

To address the OP, 3D Games on the Quays (if they're in business this week) had 3 euro GBA games in their little cabinet as part of their neverending re-opening/closing down sale (hard to tell at this stage). It's 50/50 on the legit-to-bootleg ratio, but got a couple of niceties out of there.
