Facebook always Freezing in Chrome

Facebook is always left hanging when I am using it in Chrome lately. Then I can't click anything on it. The only fix is restarting Chrome altogether. Anyone else get this? And how can we fix it?

Is Chrome up to date?
Check using chrome://chrome in address bar.
Should be version 31.0.1650.63

Check plugins

This is not an issue with facebook but with your browser, moved to main Comp.
