    Afternoon folks,

    I am just after buying a plot of land in Dublin 05 and need abit of advise.
    Who puts the bill of quantities together?

    I have sat down with my architect and builder and both of them are fobbing it off.

    Any advise is appreciated

    A quantity surveyor and no suprise that architect and builder are afraid of cost certainty.........
