latch for a wooden gate

Can anyone suggest a latch for a wooden gate which is not the bolt type. My gate is out a couple milimeter and does not line up, hard to close. Seems to me they slip a little and bolts are too narrow to accommodate this Also where would you get them. I have only see the bolts like theb main pic here
