    Hi all,
I am doing an old 80’s rebuild and am looking for a set of old school campagnolo callipers if anyone has a pair, ideally 80’s-early 90’s. I’ve been piped at the post a few times on e-bay with people with more money than sense which has been maddening, so in my frustration I am appealing to the good members of boards to check their old stock hoards!. Thanks for looking,
    Cheers,
    Ger

Don't suppose you'd be interested in a pair of Athena callipers? They're not old-skool as such (actually, 2011) but they have that nice shiny finish and wouldn't look out of place on an old bike (plus they will actually stop you unlike a lot of brakes from back then).

I know that countrykid on here has a very nice pair of chorus monoplaner callipers c1990, that he was looking to sell at some point.

Thanks for replying but probably a bit too modern for the look I have in mind, would probably be better to get something pre-dual pivot era. Thanks though cheers Ger
