Just wondering if your fees are covered by the social welfare does that mean you have to stay living in your parents residence? Couldn't find the right category for this, thanks!

Moved from Accommodation & Property. You may receive a better answer here.

Do they pay fees? I thought they only paid Back to Education Allowance.

I don't know the rules, but I doubt they dictate where you live. However, there may be rules regarding income and those that you live with.

Regarding Rent Allowance, you won't normally receive this if you voluntarily change your accommodation.
