5 Year just lost first tooth

My 5 year old has just lost one of her bottom teeth and another is loose. I didn't realise they were loose till this evening and out one popped.

I am a wee bit worried that she is very young. I always thought they only started losing them in first class at about 7. I just remember that with my older son and all his friends

She is just mega excited about the tooth fairy calling

Six is average, nothing to worry about with a five year old losing teeth (assuming the adult teeth are coming through!)

Funny I couldn't really tell whether there was one underneath as she was still bleeding a bit and totally hyper about Nanny Plum from Ben and Holly visiting her with a coin. I will have a good look in the morning

my daughter started losing hers at 4 1/2. They all came out quite quickly after that and she had all her second teeth pretty much by 4th class.

My 6 month old had a tooth about to erupt and during one if my many, many sleepless nights I was wondering if the skull looks like that. Wondering if all the teeth are up there when we're born. Mad!

My boy will be 6 in Jan and already has two adult teeth. Nothing to worry about at all.

I'm kind of lad to hear they can lose their teeth a little earlier! I know it sounds weird that I hope my son loses teeth early, but he has a lip tie which has affected his top front two teeth really badly and they look awful. I would rather they fell out early before he might be come self conscious about them in school or something
