Price to knock down small extension

    Hi,
    Just wondering if anyone can give me a guestimate as to the cost of knocking a small extension.
    It is approx 1.5mx2.5m with a flat roof.The short side links to the house. Was going to then put a good quality external door (?€1000) in the space.
    Just ball park.

    I imagine €500-1000, but that is really dependent on things like access, existing construction, making good, etc.

    Do employ someone who is reputable and has the appropriate training experience and insurance. Remember that you as the client have legal responsibilities.
