We could learn a thing or two from Iceland. No chance that would ever happen here

It'll never happen here. Iceland is completely alone compared to the rest of the world - they didn't collapse under the weight the banking institutions were putting on them and pretty much just gave them the middle finger.

I heard the Iranians hanged their crooked bankers.

The Irish government has misinterpreted it to mean keep the public hanging.

It'll set a precedent in Icelandic law.

If it were not for Iceland, Ireland would never again be 'free'

Despite what some experts say we could have done it too and impeached treasonous practice from our elected politicians as well.

If it were not for Iceland's stance everyone would still be laughing at my second sentence and Ireland would not be leaving the bail out process.

    Three Cheers for Iceland.
