Received tax back from employer - Already received from Revenue

I was working for a company during the summer, and am now back with them for a bit of Christmas work. After finishing with them for the summer I applied for my tax back and got it from revenue - However now the company has sent me a payslip paying me this tax back as well - Obviously this has to be paid back, but do I pay it back to the company or to revenue?

Phone the revenue and ask them, they are generally good with this kind of thing.

Are you sure it was tax back from the company?

Will do, tried ringing them there and lines are full, will try again in a while.
Yes it was definitely tax back. The only items on the payslip are PAYE and USC, no hours or anything.
