    HI,

Im recycling my existing case for a new build, the case has 3 Arctic Cooling F9 fans. 1 at the front for intake, 1 at the back for exhaust and one on the side panel lined up over the CPU fan for exhaust. There is also a mesh below it with space for another 12mm fan at the bottom but no fan attached, and the case can only have the PSU at the top. Its been fine for my existing rig for the last few years (E6700 Core 2 Duo, 3gb DDR2 ram 1gb ddr5, Radeon 5670, 3 HDD's, DVD burner and TV Tuner), will it b enough to cool this rig once I give it a hoover ?,

    Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
    AMD FX-6300
    2GB MSI Radeon R9 270 Gaming Edition, GDDR5, 900MHz Boost 975MHz
    Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB Kit 240-pin DIMM, DDR3-1866 PC3-14900
    SanDisk SDSSDP-128G-G25 128GB SATA 6GB/s 2.5 Inch Internal SSD
Western Digital 1TB internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue
OCZ OCZ-ZS650W-UK ZS Series 650W '80 Plus Bronze'

If I was gonna buy a new case it would be a Sharkoon T9, their a good bang for buck case but if its £50 I dont ned to spend then screw it (as much as I dig the transparent side of the case).

Also, Ive never used an Anti Static wrist band in all the times Ive changed parts and built my last 2 PC's, Ive just touched a radiator which half of the time I didn't notice was painted until after lol.gif , do you really need one ?.

If you're happy enough with the case, then I don't see why not. You don't need a 650W PSU and you'll be fine without the wristband if you are careful.

Thanks, I was going to recycle my old PSU, Hiper 580w Type R, probably would have done the job but its also 5 years old and didn't want to risk potentially killing all my new equipment.

That's why I got the 650w OCZ, it might be overkill but it was reduced on amazon and cost the same as the 500 - 550 watt corsair and seasonics, or pretty much any other 80+ bronze PSU.
