Ebuyer problems

    I'm hoping someone can help me here, I'm trying to order something off Ebuyer and get it shipped to Parcel Motel. I've tried with two different credit cards and both orders were cancelled, even though I verified with Visa. I then tried Paypal and the money went through. I got an email asking me to send prrof of my identity, but before I'd even time to scan my passport the order had cancelled. Does anyone have a foolproof way of getting something delivered from them? Thanks!

    Its because the billing address is in the republic.
    I though i had purchased a nettop and low and behold order cancelled this morning.
    bummer
    what to do!!!
    I dont see what their issue is really.
    they are getting paid
    posting to an address in "uk"
    where is the problem.
    my billing address came up as down south.

    Use to work with google checkout. Think you could use an Irish address, as that was pre-parcel motel days
