Hello,

I recently set up a business facebook page and any time I search facebook forums for solutions to problems it refers to places / buttons/ options which don’t exist on my page.

When I try to post a question on the facebook community forums – link from facebook business section – I get told that:

‘You're currently logged in as gray account, please switch to your personal account to post in help community, or create your personal profile here’.

‘Here’ – simply brings me to my own facebook business page and there is no option to set up a personal profile – I have already set up my business profile and I am logged in/ set up as an administrator / manager.

Can anyone help me with this, I’ve spent a lot of time on it and it’s really frustrating.
