Headset for a Lumia 920

My old Nokia N8 had a great headset with buttons for play/pause, track skip forward & back, mic and volume control.
The Lumia came with a more basic version with a single button and a mic.
When listening to music the older headset is much better but I don't get the functionality when I plug it in to the Lumia.
Anybody know if there is an alternative?

I'd be interested in the same, if anyone has a decent tip - the ones that came with the Lumia 920 were uncomfortable (especially when running) and didn't have volume control, etc.

The Coloud range are not long out, I got a pair for my 620, sound is great for both music and calls. Nokia centre in Waterford sells them, so your local one should.

Thanks for the reply Muff03 but it's not quite what I was after. Not enough functionality on it.
I've had a look at this and it looks like it will do what I want. Reviews are fairly favourable too. I didn't really want to go down the Bluetooth route it seems like the only option.

Those are very good, I have one of them but don't know what the model number is. Bit bulky, that was my only gripe, worked perfectly other than that. The one I have is NFC too, which is the job for quick connection. Plus it frees you up to buy and use any type of headgear you want to use.

One set of BH 111 Bluetooth headset ordered.
I'll let you know how I get on.
    Cheers.

I've seen some headphones with controls that claim to work with iOS, Android, Blackberry (e.g. These from JVC). What are the odds that the remote would work with WP8? Is there some sort of industry standard for that sort of thing, or are you really just shooting in the dark?

They look like a good set of earphones alright but they don't have the controls.

    Headset finally arrived yesterday.
Pairing was easy. It has the controls that I want and the qulaity is pretty good.
I haven't been out walking around with them yet so I can't report on how they behave with a lot of traffic noise etc.
Only gripe is that they use the old Nokia pin type charger instead of a micro USB. I can live with it though.
