RTE Tallafornia?
Where do they get these people from?
Who picks them?
Who decides to make these tripe shows?
Who gives them the green light to go ahead?
In this particular show (away in a manger)
They look worse than the Tallafornia lot - Tallafornia rejects.
These cheap TV shows with 'quirky' names that are supposed to sound like something else, peaked 10 years ago, yet we're still being subjected to them.
Worse is reminding yourself that we are paying for it..

what are RTE at?
Use the TV licence money to do something educational/interesting/constructive/GOOD.
Not sending a bunch of twats on Holiday to get drunk so they can film it.

And when Sky started the craze 15 years ago filming trash on holiday, they probably all snubbed it. Now copying it after it's been done to death, and is still cráp.

I'm more and more finding myself believing Mary Whitehouse may have had a very good point. :P

I'm joking obviously, but since TV stations have discovered reality TV and how cheap it is, they seem to have stopped making good TV. Now it seems RTE has decided to follow suit.

No. I may have been a bit harsh. Was in fowl humour and saw it advertised three times in a row. It just looked terrible.

I still don't think i'd like it, but there's so much cráp on the TV now, why shouldn't RTE copy them. Better chance of them making money to pay the crazy wages that way, than coming up with something original to do it..
