I didn't notice anything about this on here but I was searching for Fibre providers and found this http://www.o2online.ie/o2/business/fixed/ Apparently o2 are doing fibre.

Yep, only for business customers though, same with their standard ADSL offerings.
Their Fibre is still just resold eircom VDSL/FTTC.
