Mince pie tin

Hi everyone, looking for suggestions as to how to make mince pies if you don't have a shallow bun tin. I have muffin tins but I think they are too deep and won't look as nice/will have too much pastry.
Was thinking of using those individual tin foil tart tins - the mr Kipling style, and just pop them on a baking tray. Would these work?

    Hoping someone can help! Thanks.

Yep I've used the foil tins in the past - grease them well, but keep them stacked as you grease them to avoid losing the shape, if that makes sense. They work perfectly and can be reused once the little pies have cooled. Happy baking!
