Looking for a pc to run Minecraft

Okay guys, im only 14 so I dont have that much of a budget, maybe 450-500 max. Anyway im gonna need a machine (pc is preffered but laptops work too) that will run minecraft at normal settings 60 fps plus. Im gonna be using 32x32 textures and minecraft is basically all i need it for, so im not going to be expecting it to…
