Youre not gonna get a 10inch on that budget without going old & 2nd hand or looking at chinese versions(which more then likely will not have Google apps like Youtube).

Tesco Hudl is a 7 inch but probably as good as youll get for around that price

Only ones around that price I can think of are the Hudl I mentioned above, the own brand lidl & Argos ones and the kindle fire hd.
The hudl would probably be the best of them in terms of specs. The kindle is heavily skinned by Amazon but would still be a very capable device. The lidl and Argos ones I'm not too familiar with but I know they're both at a lower resolution on the screen so wouldn't be as clear

I'm in the same position, looking for a tablet for my mother (her first tablet). She has no real preference on 7 or 10 inch but I was looking for one with hdmi out so she can hook it up to a tv and watch stuff like the rte player etc.

I came across this one in DID for 129.99 and its 10 inch so might be some help to you. I have no idea what's its like but I'm leaning towards it myself and will probably go out and have a look if they have it on display.

The only thing I can say about both those is they have a screen resolution of 1024x600 which imo isnt enough for a 10 inch screen. I have an old Acer A500 at home which is 1280x800 and thats even noticeable for pixels. Dropping that again wouldnt be the most pleasant to look at.
Granted that mightnt matter to the people you're buying for but it would put me off them.
