    All,

I am installing a wired home network to connect TV, Raspberry Pi and media player. I will also add a wireless ap for to connect phone and laptop.

I want to be able to connect all the above devices to my Huawei E586 but Im not sure how I will share the Huawei E586 to the network.

I don't wan the devices connecting directly to the Huawei E586.
I want the devices to access the internet over the home network and configure the hotspot to service the devices on home network...

I think you need a WiFi access point configured as a client. Instead of the WiFi access point being configured for clients to connect to it you configure it as a client most WiFi access points can be setup in this way. When set up the WiFi access point is transparent on the network and works as if you have a cabled connection from the MiFi to the switch side of the router. OR you can plug the access point into the WAN side of the router and introduce a second subnet.

    Thought so.

I have an AP that I use to connect phone tablet etc.
Didn't want to have a second ap to bridge to the 3g hotspot.

Wonder if there is a way to get the AP to connect to Huawei E586 and also allow clients to connect to it...
