Ps4 problems

When i try playing a demo or go on to netflix it says ps4 is not connected to the internet and cannot verify the licence foe the application but yet i can still play online. Anyone else experiencing this or where can i post this to get help ?

In the settings section under PSN there's a restore licenses option, try that to renew all your game & video licenses.

Have you got a PSN account ?. If not ,set one up and make sure you are logged in .
