I drive a tipper and we have to drive out through a wheel wash while is full of lime. I use Mr Muscle lime scale stuff on the window to remove the lime but I takes ages of scrubbing and it still doesn't all come off. Any ideas?

Thats a bit of a strange one....and a pain in the ass!!

I believe HG Limescale Remover is good, but I've no personal experience with it, and not sure if it would be safe to use in or around window seals and paintwork.
The only other thing that would work is a compounding polish, but that involves the same effort you are currently using, so there's no point in changing!

You could get the glass polished and then have Gtechniq G1 applied. That would then mean that all you need to remove the lime is a wet cloth.

Something mildly acidic would remove it but you could end up doing damage to the other surfaces. Is getting the water changed more often in the wheel wash a possibility?
