Terminate contract (lease) - breach of contract

    Hi everyone!

    I have been renting an apartment for 3 months and the landlord is taking far too long in replacing a fridge (17 days and counting), so I will choose to terminate the contract, arguing breach on contract on their side (they have also behaved really nastily along these 3 months).

    Does anybody have any experience in terminating a contract and getting the deposit back? I am new to this situation so any similar experiences will be very much appreciated.
