    Hi

My husband's laptop HDD failed. It's a Toshiba Satellite. We've ordered a new one from Amazon which came yesterday. We have a repair disk and we have a system image to be loaded.

But - when he loaded the base files from the disk, that was fine. Problem came when we tried to load the system image. The PC can see the location of the system image, but then asks for the drivers so that it can install.

I've had to install a new disk on mine (a Sony) too, and the disk installed OK using a system image.

Any idea how we can get round this?

    TIA :)
