    Hi all,

I am looking for some help. After searching on line for what I kind of thought would be an easily found painting of Carrowmore Beach (it is very picturesque) near Louisburgh in Mayo I am still at a loss.

I am looking for something as a gift and would even go with a nice framed photo if no painting exists.

So this is a shout out to those, hopefully, better positioned than I am who might know of someone / something local to Louisburgh where maybe I havent been able to search.

All help would be greatly appreciated, both by me and the intended recipient.

    Sil.

Google ' Carrowmore Beach Louisburgh' under images and plenty pop up. Some professional, some not. You will find plenty there (just be aware of copyright issues if taking images off the internet!) Get it printed, framed - tadaaahhh :)

John Mee has a nice one:

    Hi Plek,

Thanks for that. I did do this and have seen what is on there and the websites of various photographers around the area but this is still very much a second option. I am trying to hold out for a painting.

I agree that one from John Mee is nice but (not to sound too awkward) just not right.

    Thanks tho.

    Sil

Hhhhmmm, ok. Maybe contact the tourist centre in Westport? They might know of local artists that may have something suitable for you?

Local tourists offices are usually great for stocking local artwork, they may have something / someone that would suit. Best of luck!
