When did Luas get a skeleton overlord?

Just parked up beside the Luas at Connolly Station, as I frequently have over the previous 5 years, and have just noticed that one of the large lights that also support power lines has sprouted Skeleton arms. I have a pic that I'll post later but anyone any ideas when this mutation happened?

It's the pole beside the IFSC facing the Connolly stop.

Here's the pic. It's the light pole in centre of picture behind some of the wires. Don't know if it's arms visible on Google streetview if anyone wants to check.

Pointed it out to some regular passengers who've been travelling for years and they were all equally bemused, having never noticed it before. Not sure if it's a Halloween thing left over but looks too permanent to me.

That is brilliant ! I wonder was it the work of a local street artist ?

There's more than one. There's another one by Mayor Square. It featured on Reddit during the Summer. Check out "disapproving lamppost".
