Fevernova was a great ball. Remember going through about 5 of them. :D

There was a great twitter discussion mentioning all the usually cliches about WC balls but I can't find it and of the half dozen journalists whose feed it was on they all have loads and loads of tweets.

It will be too round though. Most likely #unpredictable and Ze Germans will get the ball a couple of weeks before everyone else.

How can a football with a few swirls on it look "fckin vile"? You'd swear it was designed by Ed Gein.

Can't say I was a fan of the Jabulani. That heat bonding was rubbish and it fell apart in very little time compared to the Nike PL ball.

A mate of mine as a kid got a Tango for his birthday one year,we thought we were playing in Anfield or Old Trafford when we played with it out in his back garden.

Most of the big clubs used that ball back in the mid to late 80s.

The closest I got to owning a Tango was the ones used for Subbuteo :D

That Brazil 2014 ball looks like one of the marbles we used to play with

Ah, a football made from Human skin... now that'd be vile.

Can't wait to hear Eamon Dunphy's thought on the 'flighty balls'.

I remember the Tricolore (1998) being a great ball.

Looks wise, the Germany 2006 looks the best.

Anyone notice how every new tournament ball seems to be getting lighter?
    Long range shooting becomes trickier.
