Elton John's Sun-Glasses

What type of sun-glasses is Elton John wearing here? I'm looking for a pair the same shape as these! They don't have to be the exact same type or anything, but something that looks the same.. just basic plain black, but yet that looks fancy. Where would be a good place to start looking?

    Thanking you

I'm aware you can get some cheap shades out there that look a lot like expensive ones, but NO, I didn't find anything like this in the pound shop

Maybe the 1980s? Because I dont think anyone would dare wearing those in 2013

I never notice his glasses, I'm usually too mesmerised by his toupee/plugs to notice anything else.

    Love that song Rocket Man.

    Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
    Benny And The Jets
    Tiny Dancer

Utter quality. Then lameness, bar Nikita and Sacrifice.

As a human I cannot stand Elton John and most of his music is dross in my opinion.

But when he hits on a good tune he does a great job on it. Yellow Brick road is right up there as one of my favourite all time tunes.

*....Oh Nikita is it cold, in your little corner of the world?*

    Crocodile Rock
    Your Song
    Daniel
    Candle in the Wind
    Saturday Night's Alright For Fightin
Don't let the sun go Down On Me

I'm undecided about the last, but since I thought of him after my last post I've been listening to a few tunes, haven't in a looong time. :)

He's actually not bad at all when you're in the mood!

*God, it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes.....*

Don't forget "Funeral for a friend" and "The One". Both very good in different ways. "The One" is so refreshing, yet I love the instrumentals of "Funeral for a friend".

Bennie and the Jets got on my nerves after a while though

I'd file them in my "Elton songs I only kinda like" pile. Bar Saturday Night though - choooon.

Your man Hozier's song that's getting played a lot at the moment sounds exactly like vintage Elt.

Peachtree Road is a work of pure mastery. I <3 Elton. Go beyond the greatest hits and there are some wonderful tunes in there. Tumbleweed Connection is a great album.

Have seen him live 5 times and all 5 shows have been top class.

I can't understand how people aren't sick of 'Your Song' after the whole X Factor thing and then Ellie Goulding. Writing a song about writing a song??? Oh please! But I guess it's something that we're going to see a lot more of as musicians these days lack talent and resort to such things

Yeah, I know, just hacks do that right? Not Otis Redding, Credence Clearwater, Willie Nelson, Whiskeytown, Russel/Ray Charles, Carly Simon, Tim Buckley or Neil Diamond.
    Oh wait...
