Former garage now kids playroom, COLD

The room was originally a garage which was converted to a playroom before we bought it.

We had the whole house insulated a couple of years ago, beads pumped into all the external wall plus the attic insulated

There is a bedroom above the playroom & the roof space above that is insulated

The room is still quite cold compared to the rest of the house, it has a solid timber floor but I'm not sure what is underneath, is this probably why it's cold?

What are my options, would a decent underlay & carpet improve the temperature significantly or is pumping some insulation under the floor an option? Are there other options here?

    All advice appreciated

There are always options but first you need to investigate why this room is so cold compared to the rest of the house. Changing elements, such as the floor/floor covering, without knowing what it will address can be very expensive and disruptive if it does not address the real problem.
To an experienced eye, the problem / solution may very well be quite straightforward.

Carpet would improve it somewhat, it's just hard to quantify without properly looking at it with thermal imaging or looking at building elements.
