    Hi folks,

Have this on the way and will be my first homebrew. Has anyone ever made this?

Have seen a review on the HBcompany site where somebody used some cascade hops to dry hop it, also seen a YouTube video where a guy made a hop tea and added it in.

Basically I'm looking for a taste similar to the like of the Sweetmans Pale Ale or Brewdog's Punk IPA (give or take) and the description as per Milestone:
Golden Crisp Refreshing ale well hopped.
Crisp & Hoppy, rounded with a smooth finish
So am wondering should I go with what's included in the kit or add extra hops etc?

I think I'd go with it as-is first, just to get a handle on what it's like. JWS Pale Ale isn't especially aromatic, which is why I wouldn't suggest going straight for the dry hop, but no amount of dry hopping is going to turn a kit into any specific commercial beer.

ive made that up before.. pretty ordinary to be honest for a 3kg kit nothing IPA about it really . definitly needs the dry hop and some hop tea to stretch out the flavour. found woodfordes or st peters to be a step above the milestones ( only did the 1 milestones though . )
